DIY Grown-Up Gumdrops

Gumdrops are a perennial Easter basket favorite. For a more sophisticated twist on the traditional fruit flavors, these grown-up gumdrops use ginger extract, orange blossom, lavender and rose. All natural food coloring gives these gumdrops a gorgeous, soft pastel color and sanding sugar makes them sparkle. (Recipe adapted from Celebrating Candy.)
