Closet Boot Camp: Pantry Problems

I think it’s safe to say, this is one pretty pantry:

And while many of us are working with a little less storage space at home, there are still some good lessons to be learned from the beauty above.

We can all agree that clothes look better when you have them tailored, right? Well I’m here to tell you that the same theory holds true for your closets. Whether these zones are used for laundry, clothes storage or as a pantry — customizing the areas to suit your needs will allow them to hold more and will make them easier to use.

Now the only thing I like more than a well-organized closet is a challenge. Luckily, I’ve been given the chance to work with both. I’ve been tasked with putting some basic storage nooks through some basic training. Check out this sneak peek at my first Closet Boot Camp:

Whew! These closets are going to get quite the workout! The first step in a good pantry makeover is to plan. If you’re mixing things up with your kitchen storage, be sure to take the time to think about what you really need: Are you a griller? A baker? A mac and cheese maker?
